Tamayyaz Helps Clients get the Full Picture through 360 Degree Feedback®

Tamayyaz is pleased to announce the launch of its web-based on-line service to provide 360 Degree Feedback® surveys to its clients and partners.

The process of 360 Degree Feedback® for individual employees is seen as an increasingly effective tool to assess how they see themselves and how their manager, peers and direct reports see them. In this way, the employee and their manager get a comprehensive picture of an individual's strengths and performance gaps in line with the overall objectives of the organisation.

By developing 360 Degree Feedback® on a web-based format, Tamayyaz has brought an innovative, cost effective, and easy to use tool to the market for Human Resource practitioners. Individual employees, managers, peers and reports can log "on-line" to complete a tailored questionnaire in around 30 minutes on a confidential basis. From this, a formal comprehensive action plan is developed after validation and a one-to-one coaching session.

TAMAYYAZ Launches a program of MBTI® in Lebanon to Drive Business Growth of Its Clients

Originally devised by American psychologists Isabel Myers and Catherine Briggs based on the work of Carl Jung, the MBTI® or Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, is an internationally renowned tool that defines individual personality traits and characteristics in terms of motivation, information processing, decision-making and lifestyle preferences.

Now Tamayyaz, one of the few accredited companies in Lebanon to use MBTI®, is offering this tool to support the business objectives of its clients.

The MBTI® is an invaluable tool that helps businesses and organisations develop a competitive advantage and fully leverage the talents of their employees. By understanding the strengths and differences of their employees, management teams develop clear action plans and strategies to maximise results. Through the careful application of the MBTI® results improvements can be seen in leadership, communication, decision-making and teamwork.

Tamayyaz has established an on-line tool that can be used to complete the MBTI® questionnaire on a confidential basis and to deliver a personalised report for every individual.
